Booking Policy

To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required for all bookings. For details on cancellations, please see our policy below.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, any deposit paid will be credited to your profile. If you would like this credit refunded, please reach out directly to AR Hair Studio by phone or email for assistance, as refunds are processed manually.

We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Due to our busy schedule, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service in full, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. For deposits already paid, the remaining balance will be charged.

To cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, log in to your account and cancel your booking.

No-shows will incur a 100% charge for the scheduled service. If a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will be charged to the saved card. If no card details are on file, a payment link will be sent, and any future bookings will be held until the outstanding balance is paid. This policy is non-negotiable.

If AR Hair Studio cancels your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will use discretion in cases of last-minute medical or personal emergencies.
